Study Task 1 - Why am I here - What do I learn

Why I chose to study on this programme:

• Fantastic resources on offer.
• Great working environment.
• Tutors working in the industry.
• Hopefully a job prospect at the end of my time here.
• Fewer student meaning more time with tutors.

5 areas I want to learn during the programme:

• To be able to put messages across to the viewer through my work.
• Learn how to use a blog and make it look professional.
• To become stronger on the Adobe software.
• A wider range of traditional printing methods. 
• Become better at evaluating my own/peers work.  

5 Skills// Strengths: 

• Use of colour.
• Use of typographic elements. 
• Editorial design.
• Simplicity within design.
• Selecting specific target audiences and reacting to this.

5 things i would like to improve:

• Skills within Adobe software.
• Printmaking skills. 
• Presentation skills. 
• Taking criticism then applying this to my work.
